I always get my hair done here. They're honest, the people there are legitimate beauticians and not salesman. They give me honest feedback and the results my hair looks better than it has in my life!

I went in a few times for color to cover my gray the first time I explained to the stylist I did not want dark the stylist did good the second time I went in I guess the stylist did not remember me because the stylist dyed my hair black was horrible I absolutely hated the color had I known the stylist did not remember me or what they did the first time I would have said something. The stylist should have known looking at my hair color it was not black or dark at all

I really appreciate Romero for the work he has done with my hair. I would not trust to have my hair done by anyone else.Not only that, but he's a genuine person and truly cares about his customers.

So I just lost my second hairstylist at the Fixx in over just three months. First, I had Kayla who moved. Next I had Jolene. I called on Wednesday to cancel my appointment for Friday (after receiving a reminder text to confirm my appointment) and was told that it’s ok to cancel since Jolene is no longer working there. Seriously? No notice, no courtesy call? Leave it to say that I will not be frequenting the Fixx anymore.
