Iâ€™ve been going to heaven on earth for over 2 years now and my hair has grown tremendously and continues to be healthy. Keri-Ann always does an amazing job on my hair and Iâ€™m never disappointed ðŸ˜ƒ. I definitely recommend her if any one is looking for a hair stylist in the Albany area.

I went to this salon and asked for a hair trim. The co-stylist ended up CUTTING not trimming my hair. Worst of all, she aggressively combed my hair from the root to ends using a small comb and didn't even properly section my hair. My hair was breaking and shedding ALOT. When I spoke up, she said it was okay to use that tiny comb to detangle my hair. I wouldn't recommend this salon. They can definitely improve their styling methods. I hope that they will.

Very nice people but the skills do not match the price. I had my locs retwisted and the stylist required coaching along the way, Iâ€™ve never had my hair twisted with a comb. The twists were loose and it my hair looks like I sat in the rain, mind you I have thick and soft hair. A lot of rework is required. Like I said, nice people but Iâ€™m never coming back.

Very, very unprofessional owner. I had heard and read negative information about this place before, but I decided to see for myself if it was worth my time. I asked about a receptionist position that is still being advertised. The individual I spoke to had to be the owner, but this individual wouldn't provide their name when I asked whom I was speaking to. In fact, this individual hung up the phone on me when I asked them whom I was speaking to. That's a typical question to ask when inquiring about employment, so I wasn't asking anything out of line. They didn't introduce themselves throughout the entire conversation and they called me on my cell phone. Typically, people with manners introduce themselves to people when they speak to them by phone or in person. Also, this individual had this very miserable and unpleasant tone the entire time that I spoke to them on the phone, and I knew that I would not want to waste any more time with them. If the owner is operating a business in such an unprofessional manner, I see what people were saying now about this place being unprofessional.

Horrible I went there as a new customer and was treated like a beggar Keri Ann is the most unprofessional hairstylist Iâ€™ve encountered. She completely rushed through my hair only pausing to talk on the phone ðŸ˜¡ I will never return there again she over is priced with no skills I hope that no one else goes this for we donâ€™t deserve this as black women ðŸ—£ðŸ—£ðŸ—£ðŸ—£ðŸ™…ðŸ¾â€â™€ï¸
