I have had excellent service from several of the stylist's. They are also one of only two places for which my 13 year old son feels they do his haircut correctly. The only downfall is they are usually quite busy. But you can call ahead to schedule an appointment which they will honor even if walk in clients come in first. They also do a great job on eyebrow waxing... The prices are reasonable and you'll walk out satisfied.

Excellent and very comfortable. I don't have much hair but I like a nice trim and shaped in back. Sarah cut my hair and did awesome. After the cut she does the warm towel wipe. Very nice. Great place. Everyone professional and friendly.

When I moved to Rochester, I was on the hunt for a new hair cuttery. I tried out the supercuts in Chili and they did an amazing job. Each time I've gone, I haven't been disappointed. If you sign up as a member, you can earn free haircuts every 10 visits or so. I'm pretty close mine, so that'll be fun. The staff is great, very friendly. I wear glasses, so once they go off, I'm blind as a bat. I describe my haircut to the stylist and they get it right each time (My biggest fear is putting on my glasses and all my hair is missing). But that doesn't happen here! Haircut comes out fresh and prefect each time. This location looks busy at times but they move fast. My longest wait was on a Sunday morning for about 10 minutes. And that was me doing a walk in without calling ahead. Overall, best haircut in the area and the price isn't bad either.
