I decided to check out this salon after another salon closed. I was very pleased with Jennifer's work. My wife decided to see Jennifer, as well, after her stylist cancelled prior to a wedding we were attending. My wife mentioned she had a dry patch of skin on her scalp, just as an FYI. Well, Jennifer became very unprofessional, and said she could not cut my wife's hair with an "open wound" and proceeded to carry on and leave the room. Her scalp was not bleeding or weeping at all! She just felt it would be a courtesy to the stylist in case she noticed it. She then accused my wife of "putting her in that position", and my wife was ready to walk out. Jennifer then decided she would cut her hair after all, and did a very good job. But, my wife was very embarrassed and upset, and so am I. We will not return after this very unprofessional outburst in front of a whole salon of stylists and customers. The salon seems very nice, and is convenient. But due to Jennifer's rudeness, we can't return. She's lacking some pretty basic customer service skills.
