Went in for a trim. It was busy so I expected to wait a little, but got right in. Got a great trim. I was in and out.

Friendly place and the stylists listen to you. Sometimes they're busy and working hard so you have to wait a little--it's worth it!

I asked for highlights in my granddaughters hair. Stated I wanted them blonde but not chucked. I left her with a friend and her daughter. When they finished it has blonde chunks on top with no blonde highlights throughout. I'm not able to attach pictures or I would. When I spoke with the district manager I was told that if I was a parent I would have stayed with my granddaughters to make sure it was correct. The call was ended with the district manager hanging up on me. This is not a place I will ever go nor will I send anyone to.

I was very impressed with the wait time considering they don't take appointments. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes with a fantastic quality hair cut. I'll definitely be going back again!
