I really dislike writing negative reviews, but I feel after a year of terrible service and not being able to get an appt. I must say something. My first experience was wonderful. I met the owner, she was super friendly and welcoming. The woman who did my nails was lovely and my nails turned out great! I left with a goody bag and a coupon for my next visit. Fast forward 2 months later, I call for an appt 5 days in advance for a 10 minute false eyelash application - absolutely cannot squeeze me in. I come by 2 weeks later as a walk in for a quick polish change. Again, absolutely cannot squeeze me in. 1 month later, I called 2 weeks in advance for a blow out. Same result - No way they can get me in. I gave it one more shot about 4 months later. I set up a mani and pedi on a random weekday morning, I figure they MUST have an opening! Yes! They did! 2 days later I get a call stating that the girl that booked my appt must not have known that they are doing renovations (how so? does she not work in the building?) and that they could not accommodate a pedi but I could still get my nails done... Annoyed but understanding I say "okay." I should have just made an appt somewhere else for full service because why am I inconveniencing myself to now have to go to 2 different places? Nevertheless, I persist. The morning of my appt I get another call from the salon - "sorry, we have to cancel, the woman that was going to do your nails is out sick." That was the last straw for me. I just feel like repeated attempts to make an appointment after having such a wonderful experience my first visit, to then get treated like second class is just unacceptable. To not have accommodating staff for their mix-up (2 mix-ups!), just really annoys me. It's a business that I would rather not support. I'm sorry.
