The overall experience wasn't the greatest. I think they were a bit overwhelmed with how many clients they had...even though they knew there would be a bridal party coming in. I wouldn't suggest going in with a group. Because of how small it was and only 2 people working. There was only one nail station. And the facials weren't really done properly. Maybe a one on one experience would have been better. My nails are extremely uneven and the acrylic was layered super thick. I have dents in them. As I got in the car to leave I realized just how awful my nails looked. And even got feedback from others...who assured me, they weren't done very professionally. But they also had already spent an hour and a half doing mine. Just very disappointed with the quality of work we received. The pedicures were uneven and looked choppy. The lines weren't even close to being straight. We could have done the same work at home. The group of us collectively had to redo our nails, whether it be file some more, remove the polish, and repaint. They put the polish on way too thick, so even after an hour or more of dry time they still were messed up because of not fully being dried. But more importantly we were a bridal party and wanted to all look great(our nails/feet) for my mom's wedding(biggest day of her life). These nails nails we had done, didn't make us feel beautiful. I was taken back at the poor quality we received. We shouldn't shouldn't of had to fix them. We probably should have said something about being so unhappy but my mom told us not to worry about it since we probably wouldn't receive refunds and after spending about 5 hours there and around $250. + a tip we really had no time to try and have them redo the damage that had been done. Her bridal shower was just a few hours away when we left. Looking closer at them as we left, we were just very unsatisfied. I just hope and pray others have or will receive a much better experience than we did. I also wish we would have done more research and looking around since we had never heard of the establishment. I wish you all luck. And believe this was a lesson learned.
