Hands down the best decision I made when planning my wedding! I just got married on Saturday and Ashley Lauren BL did my hair. I first had the best experience prior to my wedding when I went in for my trial with Gabby. I chose to do two different looks for the ceremony and reception. Without hesitation Gabby went right to work and knew exactly how I wanted my hair to look. She made sure to work on the style until it was perfect! I was completely blown away! I loved it! No surprise that on my wedding day , Gabby came to me, all smiles, and did an amazing job setting my hair and styling it to perfection! She later met me at my venue to change my hair to another style as planned. Again, completely blown away! Two totally different looks done to perfection and in a timely manner. The amount of professionalism, talent, sense of humor and work ethic was highly notable and very much appreciated! I've worked with ALBL before when being a bridesmaid for many weddings and I can honestly say the entire team, both hair and make-up, are beyond talented, experienced and personable!

Ashley and her team were kind and wonderful from day one. They did my hair and makeup for my engagement shoot, bridal shower, and wedding. Their worked lasted and photographed perfectly. Not to mention that they delivered on everything I asked for, were on time, and made me feel comfortable and amazing every time. They made my mom and bridal party feel wonderful as well. It was money well spent. They know what they are doing. I absolutely loved my experiences with them and would hire them for any future events in the future.

There are no words to describe the talent professionalism & just all around service of ALBL. If you are a bride please use them I researched tons of companies but Ashley, Gabby, Marianna & Daniella serviced my wedding party on site in three hours they transformed my mom, grandma, bridesmaids and myself into living dolls. They even touched up my brother to cover some scars ! Up & down hair styles have your Pinterest photos ready and they cover it, full flawless airbrush makeup and lashes. The way I felt, and the way the most important women in my life felt because of their work was priceless and made the day that more special. The quality of service and final product are far beyond any other makeup company around. There is no comparison Ashley & Nicole are an amazing sister duo to work with, they are flexible onsite if you need them or open their salon to you. So for me it’s not a recommendation it’s my only recommendation for brides on their wedding day if you want a seamless on schedule flawless outcome. Thanks so much Ashley & Gabby for transforming me into a princess on my wedding day I will never forget it.

I had a wonderful experience here the other week for a wash cut and blow-dry. I've never been one to get frequent cuts and give more than the basic considerations towards my hair, so I scheduled an appointment with Lauren and walked in a complete mess having not had a haircut in almost a year. Lauren was incredibly considerate working with my hair. I didn't want much taken off so that I could keep the length, but obviously had to get rid of my split ends and resulting frizz. Lauren discussed her approach on how to give more life to my hair as well as why she wanted to create layers for a full body look. She even took the time (since I'm inept) to explain the ways in which she was cutting the strands and how she was using the curling brush and blow dryer to get a particular look. I walked out of the salon feeling confident that I could tackle my hair properly and get a professional look each and every time I washed it at home. It's been a few weeks since I went and I'm so very grateful that I tried Ashley Lauren's Beauty Lounge. The staff is excellent and I've started a new chapter in hair maintenance all thanks to Lauren's patience with me. I'll definitely be coming back here each and every time I require a trim. Thanks ladies!
