I love the ladies. Easy to get you hair done. Good prices. I have had my hair done more than 10 times. Braids are neat and if you know what you want and show them clear it will be done.

Pretty bad. Heard about the business being awful. Tried talking business with the owner to fix customers dissatisfaction, but only got excuses to why the business failing and owner refuses to take responsibility or change things. I recommend that you spend your money else where. I saw customers walk in and walk out unhappy and didnt even get their hair done because they move so slow on everyone because they are too busy telling jokes and goofing off. Although the owner agreed with my points and power point the i customized for her and ect she said she doesnt want to work together (which is fine) but because i was unprepared?....i won't argue, but i just got a high paying marketing/consulting job. I know what i am doing. Instead of insulting people they should cut the excuses and fix this place. Goodluck and hope future experiences become better.

THEY CARE MORE ABOUT THEIR MONEY THAN THEY DO ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMER'S SATISFACTION!!! DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY... I have actually been to the salon on more than one occasion since moving to New York. To be completely honest, I like the people. Everyone is nice, but their talent is questionable. I've had sengelese twists and a sew-in. I've also had my hair washed, blow-dried and flat ironed. (That was my best experience.) I now have my hair in faux locs. I was charged $275 for a job that no one "wanted" to do, and the outcome of my hair shows that all they cared about was the money. They were tired and wanted to go home more than they wanted me to leave happy. They don't care how you want you hair to look. They will do what they "think" is best. YOUR OPINION DOES NOT MATTER. PERIOD! My hair has been up 3 weeks, most of the wraps are coming down, exposing the box braids underneath. I have a style that I cannot wear down because the job was so poorly done. This was definitely the last time I will spend my money there, unless I am going to get my own hair done with no weave extensions whatsoever. They suck with weave!!!!!

Owner tends to insult/make comments about your hair instead of offering helpful tips. Hair was done the way I wanted it which is good but it doesnâ€™t seem like they know much about how to care for natural hair (which is what I went there for) only how to braid it. Which kinda defeats the purpose of the name of the salon.
