Beware of outrageous pricing. I had a wave + cut + tip that came to $313 ! When I questioned it, I was told that the salon policy is that the stylist is required to go over the pricing ahead of time. I told the manager that this discussion had not happened. After the manager spoke with the stylist again, I was told that I had been told of that price back in October, four months ago. I am sure that had I known it back then, I would have gone elsewhere for my wave. At the time of service I should have been informed that I was not getting the $115 wave (which I was prepared to pay for) but was instead getting the wave at almost double that price.

Went here once; and the staff was mean and it's very expensive for what you get. Would not recommend . .

Went to Park West Hair Design and Spa and had a great experience. The staff was extremely friendly as well. Always looking forward to my next appointment!

Very nice and clean place. Great atmosphere and fantastic stylist (Ann) Very accommodating with scheduling. I would highly recommend Park West for hair and facials.

Park West is a wonderful place, from the people right down to the location of the business. It is settled on Canandaigua Lake with a beautiful view. When you walk in you are warmly welcomed and everyone there is so knowledgeable and helpful. Not to mention they truly care about you and your experience. I would recommend this salon and spa to anyone and everyone! The owner really is passionate about her business and all of her employees. Well worth the prices that some people may refer to as "expensive" or "overpriced". You don't get quality if you're not paying for it!
