I absolutely LOVE this place! Wonderful, respectful staff, New and clean tanning rooms and booths, great fitness center, as well as an excellent hair & nail salon! I HIGHLY recommend giving them your business! :)

Very nice facility. Always clean and staff is friendly. I love the "grown up" atmosphere vs. the college atmosphere at other area facilities. I've been getting my hair done by Debbie since they opened and I have no complaints at all! She is also an amazing massage therapist. The massage gift certificates I get for Christmas are my favorite present :)

I have always had a good experience whenever i have gone to work out, get a pedicure or to tan. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I like that they have both the stand up or lay down tanning beds. The rates are also reasonable.

As far as a gym goes, this one of the worst I have ever seen. They do not take care of their equipment. The cushions on the benches are completely worn out, the plates are rusted, the ellipticals are squeaky, etc. To top it all off it's quite expensive. You are better off going to one of the university gyms. The only positive thing going for it is that it opens the earliest on weekends in the summer.

Don't bother with this place unless you are interested in the fitness classes. I thought for $40 a month that this place would be great but it's a huge waste of money if you are only looking for a gym. First of all the women's locker room is depressing, you can tell when this first opened it must have been amazing, there are hair dryers on the walls by the sinks with no touch soap dispensers and faucets as well as a high power hand dryer, the lockers are very nice, the showers(though I've never used them) are really nice looking... which makes it all the more depressing. The hair dryers look aged and old fashioned, the automatic dispensers took forever to give me any soap (one didn't work at all and the other gave me enough for half my hand and I couldn't get it to give me more). And while that seems like a petty thing- I'll say that it's great to have 2 bathroom stalls- but only if they are both useable which they aren't and I've actually gotten to a point where I have a roll of tp in my bag Bc there is never any in the bathroom! Maybe they should take my $40 and buy some batteries and some tp. Also the information they demand from you is just cringe worthy- its personal medical information way beyond just "do you have heart issues" or "have you talked with your doctor". They want to know your medications, all medical conditions and info that I regretted giving while I was filling out the papers. The equipment is most likely the same machines they had when they first opened like a decade ago- clunky ellipticals that make youself conscious and they are DIRTY not just the parts people wipe down- you can see the dirt and gunk in the gears. You can't adjust the strides of the ellipticals either so if your more than 5 ft tall forget it- the stride is tiny and unnatural for me and I'm only 5'7. The machines are hard to program and adjust, trying to use a stationary bike is a nightmare Bc god forbid you slow down or try and adjust your seat(which I found impossible) bc your bike will reset and your progress vanishes in less than 2 seconds(I counted). For $40 in comparison to the college gyms (that cost all of $20 a month btw and $5 for 3 months parking) I expect to have equipment that doesn't echo through the gym with every move I make on it. It's awful. The only redeeming thing is classes are free for members but you have to show up at 6 am for pretty much all of them except one class that's at noon 2x a week and one at 6 pm one night a week- 6am is ridiculous- there should be more times offered. If you aren't a member it's $5 a class so at least you get your membership worth if you can crawl out of bed at 5 am. The salon is insanely over priced and no discount for members- $27 for a women's cut? It's $20 like everywhere else in a 5 mile radious. It's not worth it- I can't wait for my paid month to run out so I can go to a cheaper and better gym.
