Love that I can call an get an appointment the same day. I have never had a bad experience here. The stylist here are Friendly and Knowledgeable !

I had a WONDERFUL experience here last night. I have long straight hair that was suffering from neglect. Now it is beautiful! I called toward the end of the day and asked for an appointment "for a quick trim" right before they would be closing. They said yes!! I was so grateful that they fit me into the schedule last-minute, and the stylist (Jenn) was sweet, polite, and friendly. She asked carefully about how much I would like to trim off the ends, recommended some nice face frame angling in the front, and gave me a terrific trim in 10 minutes. I also found a lovely last minute Christmas present in their racks of seasonal garments. Thank you to all the Salon Secrets staff, for your great customer service!! I'll be back!!

Excellent customer service.These ladies go above and beyond.Took extra time with myself and granddaughter to go over color options and did a phenomenal job.Highly recommend Salon Secrets in Geneseo.Most friendly and professional around.

Awful and still recovering from the haircut. She totally acted like she listened to me and then chopped 4" off my hair. It looks awful, has no style to it except I look like a man, all I wanted was her to straighten up my layers. Everyday I shudder looking in the mirror, can't believe she cut so much off, just keep telling myself hair grows. Terrible experience there.
