Stylist cut off 2 inches when asked for a half inch. Layered my hair when I asked for a trim, didn't blow dry my head and sent me off into the snow after ridiculing my hair

Absolutely stay away, I was just sitting down for my haircut as someone else was finishing up, yet somehow I was up to the register before them. The girl asked how I wanted my hair cut and made a few cuts that short, then asked if that was short enough, thinking she would cut the rest that short I said yes, she made two more cuts and was done, never touching most of my head. She trimmed the back of my hair but never cleaned he hair on my neck up. Then she took the bib off without asking how my haircut looked like any true stylist would do telling me I was all set. I was so dumbfounded I didn't know what to do. It was a windy day and by the time I walked to anther store in the plaza I could see in the window that my hair looked worse than before I walked in. I went home, tried wetting it down, no luck. I went to another hair cutting salon and the girl actually asked if I tried cutting it myself. They kept sending me e-mails to review my experience which I filled out, including a request for them to call me. But, true to form no call ever came.
