SWINDLED and FLEECED

I paid over $500.00 for NOTHING!! Tony is a big bag of bull! Lots of promises and no delivery. Came there for a haircut, but when I arrived and after a long wait, he refused to cut my hair unless expensive treatment was done. This treatment I found out after I invested my time and effort into coming there was extremely overpriced. He insisted on a lipid and collagen treatment of my hair first refusing to cut my hair. the lipid treatment was over $200 and the collagen treatment over $300. Both of which was a little dabble of product put in my hair. I really ended up paying for an expensive wash and blow dry which I didn't come there for. He did NOT CUT MY HAIR AS WAS INTENDED AND PROMISED. Extremely disappointed and I feel that I was swindled out of my hard earned money. Come there if you want to be fleeced!!!

I have so much to say about the wonderful Tomy and his business!!! I walked in and him and everyone else knew my hair needed help. It looked and felt dead, dry, no shine or style to it. My products were harming my hair and the stylist I formerly used as well as medication switches. I whole heartedly trusted Tomy because I could instantly see he truly wanted to help me. The before and after photo is INCREDIBLE. Just one week of following his instructions by just using his products (shampoo, conditioner, oil) and my hair is looking better than it ever has. PLEASE go to Tomy B Salon if your hair is in need of help and a change

Tomy is a hair doctor! His treatments brought my hair back to its glory days. Expensive but worth it. I’ll definitely go back and highly recommend!

I came in thinking I only needed a haircut with extremely damaged colored curly hair. Tony completely fixed my hair. He knows exactly what your hair needs and tries to repair it. Everyone at the salon was so sweet. I will not be going to any other salon. Highly recommend

I was looking for a hair salon as COVID made me do DIY's and totally ruined my own hair. I finally found Tomy B Salon and it was close to where I live so I gave it a try. Let me tell you…the moment you step in, everyone is so warm and welcoming. From the first appointment, I thought of Tomy as the "hair doctor." He just takes a look at your hair and knows exactly what needs to be done and what looks best for you. I'm a type of person who has no idea what to ask for when I go into a salon, so I put all my trust in their hands and lets just say I am so happy I did. My hair texture has improved tremendously. Tomy knows exactly what hair color/highlights look best for your skin tone. Along with Tomy, Jill and Raquel are also amazing. I would highly recommend them. I am so glad I found them. =)

Tomy is amazing! Profesional and caring. Great personality and Great customer service. Very professional and caring staff. Nobody cannot cut my hair but Tomy only cut my hair. I really feel valued as a customer here. Very accommodating. Thank you, Tomy. I will be going back here!!
