If I could give this nail salon a negative number I would. To make a long story short, I was getting a full set of white tips, and during this service I was cut with the drill they use to file down the acrylic. The lady (she didn't even tell me her name or introduce herself), cut my cuticle going through at least one layer of skin. I went to school for cosmetology for two years and we learned how to do acrylic nails, she did not do certain things correctly during the service. You are not suppose to get acrylic on the clients skin, obviously she didn't know this. And anyone with simple knowledge of diseases should know that if someone is cut,and especially if there is blood involved, the client should be taken care of immediately and the instrument that cut the skin should be sanitize immediately. None of those things were done. I had to ask her multiple times for a band-aid. I learned in cosmetology, that when something like that happens the service is to be stopped immediately, the client is suppose to receive proper care, and the instrument is supposed to be disinfected throughly. If she did not disinfect that drill when she cut me, whos to say she disinfected it when she cut someone else. . . I take this stuff seriously and i don't want to be exposed to any germs or diseases and I'm pretty sure no one else would want to be exposed to such things either.Well I believe I have said all that I have to say, I hope this will be a help to others and hopefully make people more aware about what should and should not happen, in terms of personal services
