I've been here many times throughout the years, staff is always friendly on approach, most of the time is pretty quick in & out, I usually get a different person Everytime but that's ok. I did once get color added that went horrible

Cindy. M was not nice at all. She pulled my hair so much when drying it (she used this stupid attachment thing to her hairdryer) it hurt my head so much it is still throbbing 1 day after!! I would not recommend getting your hair cut by her. Robinson st, Binghamton is just as bad too!! Cindy messed my hair up so much it looks like it was cut by a 2 yr old!! They didnt charge me for the cut but now im left with a terrible hair cut. Thanks a lot Cindy!! :(
