I typically go here to get my hair done. Usually I leave the place looking fantastic but not today. Today I went and now I look like a clown. I didn't get her name but she was a tall blonde women from her accent she is probably European. THE WORST HAIRCUT. she cut everything too short and when she realized she messed up bad she had to call over another stylist over to attempt to fix her mistake. I was furious. This place has really good hair stylists (usually the Latin ones are the best) but if you get someone you can't trust. DONT DO IT. hit or miss.

Great hair salon! Has a terrific unique style about it. Great prices. Nice staff. Great parking. Flexiable appointments. Nice hair products. You won't be disappointed. Many of these low reviews are disappointing and inaccurate. It seems like these people will never be satisfied where ever they go. That's how grandiosity works. If you don't have anything nice to say don't say at all. I would recommend the palace to All. 5stars!

I was so unhappy with my haircut I wanted to cry. I complained which I hate to do but I did and my hair was cut on how I wanted it. I even showed the first women that did my hair a picture and it was completely different. Never going back here ever. Pay the extra money and get what you want.
