One of the stylists there is my all time favorite! I wish I could set up routine appointments but I do have her schedule and I always check in for her availability. Great value, always clean and super service!

I brought my daughter today to get her hair cut and was very disappointed in the cost and the manner in which the girl who cut my daughter's hair conducted herself. My daughter's hair is long and thick, but all she had done was a straight cut across the bottom with a little tapering in the front. We have NEVER been charged extra for the length but was charged $10 extra today for the hair cut. Also, the girl blow dried her hair and straightened it. I DID NOT request this and just thought she was doing it because it wasn't really busy and it was raining hard outside. Also, she first charged for an adult haircut, but I told her that my daughter is 10 years old which is the honest truth. She turns 11 in August. The girl was very rude about this and snotty. I have been going to Fantastic Sams for many years, but will not go there ever again and would not recommend them to anyone. The manager was fairly rude about the price also.

Extremely unhappy with this company. I've been a customer for years. I had a girl do my men's cut who shouldn't have been cutting hair in the first place. It was painfully evident she had no idea what she was doing. Cannot believe they would employ someone with no skill whatsoever. I had to leave half way through and get it fixed at another hair place. By the way the only way to fix it was to do a very short buzz cut. While this girl was attempting to cut my hair I looked for a license. She did not have one displayed. She was using someone else's chair. Don't go to a place where they'll let anyone cut hair. I've had my fair share of bad haircuts but this one takes the cake.
