Today was the worst day of my life. I came into JCP Salon because I have went there two other times for hair color and I had great experiences and was so happy with the results. Well today was nothing like that. I called and explained that I would like to get in asap because of senior pictures coming up and I needed to be to work by 3 am, and I didn't think my hair would take from 11 am - 3pm to get colored. I arrived at the salon at 11:10am. I had green in my hair from fading color so they took that out of my hair then it was 12pm. The person who did my hair name is Karen. They basically guilt tripped me into get highlight instead of color because my hair was "weak" when I very well knew it wasn't because color hasn't touched my hair since May and I use hair products to keep it healthy. The highlights took 5 1/2 hours! HIGHLIGHTS!!!!!! Plus I was late to my job because my hair wasn't done until 4:30 am! The worst part is, I paid $115 for my HIGHLIGHTS! I hope they love my money because it took me 11.5 hr to earn it and I'm so unhappy. Not only did it cost me so much I lost out on a hour and a half of work and money I could've earned! I will NEVER EVER BE RETURNING TO THIS LOCATION. THANKS A LOT FOR ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. YOU SURE CAN SAY I HATED IT.
