Makayla cut & colored my very long, very thick hair exactly the way I wanted it! The color I wanted wasn't a shade in & of itself so she mixed 2 colors together & it turned out better than I expected! I LOVE the rich raspberry & violet tones that I have! My hair cut is perfect too - she kept the length and trimmed my layers & dead ends. It is so soft now & looks awesome! I would recommend this salon & Makayla to anyone! She is very sweet & friendly & makes her customers feel like a million bucks. I will be back!

Stopped in to have bangs cut into my hair and the stylist insisted on spraying water in my face multiple times. Even after being asked for a towel. She did nothing to prevent the water hitting me in the face even after I complained about it. Will never go back.

Worst haircut in my entire life! I arrived Sunday Dec 4th at 3:45 pm. I was assured by both stylists that the one girl could definitely cut my hair into a long chunky shag. She in fact said she did one just a few days beforehand. Showed her pictures and everything. Again I was reassured. Yes..I was nervous. My hair was down to the middle of my back. First layer should have at the nape of my neck. Instead it was about 3 inches shorter than that...by the time I realized the thickness or volume of my hair was down to a quarter of the thickess of what it was, it was way too late. Basically in the back I have a really short layer...then one very long layer...I just want to cry..it looks terrible...my hair is gone and not cut to style as was assured she could do. Not only did I still have to pay for the cut...but also paid 40 for products to make my hair look thicker and try to work with what she screwed up. Highly suggest AVOIDING this excuse of a salon. The stylist didn't even try to make it right...she new she screwed up. By the time she realized this and offered for the other stylist to fix it for me, the damage had already been done. Not to mention I didn't trust the other stylist because she said she couldn't do it i the first place. My career is in customer service/public relations, so this isn't just personal devestation, i is very publicly humiliating. I would appreciate the manager of this particular salon location to get in contact with me. If not I will be calling corporate. The stylist, however, was very friendly and personable while attempting this particular cut. Just didn't have the skill set to do so.
