Incompetent snobs! After years of going to this salon, my stylist quit. I had a stylist who cut my hair twice and then went on vacation and pawned me off to another stylist who butchered my hair. When I called to get it fixed, my stylist refused to ever cut my hair again. The salon scheduled me with another stylist, who, when I requested not to cut the hair shorter than my chin, did so anyway. When I complained abut it she openly expressed her annoyance and said there's nothing she could do about it. Two other stylists had cut my daughter's hair and it was uneven on both sides and I had to fix it myself. When my neighbor got her child's hair colored, the salon messed that up too and refused to give her money back. They told her to come in and they'd fix it. Since so many stylists had messed up people's hair, she refused to go back as well. They stylists talk about each other too and openly make comments about other stylists they feel are incompetent. Be aware, they have 3 salons..Chester, Warwick and Monroe. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
