Went here to just get my eye brows done that Iâ€™m actually great with keeping up with and they charged me 20$ just to get my eyebrows waxed. I called to ask why the price was so high when I went to the other one and only paid 11$ and they said â€œthatâ€™s the rate and they had nothing to do with the other cactus salonsâ€. Over priced place and itâ€™s not even that nice the one in smithtown is a lot cleaner and nicer with reasonable pricing. Wonâ€™t be back

I walked in with an idea, a risk, a picture and years of coloring my hair by myself (unsure if I'd go through with having hair done). I was introduced to Crystal who explained the process of what I'm looking for, gave me a round about for pricing and made me feel like I could leave my long sunpulled red locks in her hands. Sticking it out through her other clients she put alot of time and effort into pulling the light through and I couldn't be happier with my results. She put my faith back in hair dressers and I definitely will be back to her for any future processes. ðŸ˜Š

Natalia did my nails for my wedding... they came out PERFECT! She really put so much effort and patience into them, she spent 3hrs with me (hands and feet) and gave me her undivided attention the entire time. I couldn't be happier with my nails on my big day and got compliments all week long! I'm happy to refer everyone I know to her! THANK YOU NATALIA! YOU'RE AMAZING!!!

I wouldn't recommend this place. I went for mani/pedi with my mom and my mom's nail polish peeled off 6 of her fingers by morning (all she did was come home and watch TV), and the nail tech I had sliced my fingers and toes. Not fun when it stung while she put nail polish remover on me, when I washed my hands for the next two days, and when I look down at my toes and see dried blood around my cuticles. So not worth the price and the they didn't even give any type of massage on the feet or hands. The only plus side was the technicians were nice.

I had thick hair down past my chest, and the front half is frizzy wavy while the back half is kinda straight. I had cut my own bangs a while back and made them too thick, so I went in for them to be properly cut and for an overall trim to cut out dead ends. Christine was great from the moment I met her. She asked for what I had in mind and some suggestions that she had for me. I told her that I want to donate my hair later so I wanted it as long as possible, and she did a perfect job layering my hair! My hair is much lighter now and my bangs are finally evened out!! She finished by blow drying my hair beautifully! Would recommend going!
