Highly recommend!! People who complain about the prices should also keep in mind, you pay for what you get! If you want a half ass job on your hair go somewhere else! I've been a client for a few years now, I've always seen Brianna! And she is AMAZINGGGGG!!! I might not be the easiest to work with, by giving her a picture or an idea of what I want and the result is always what I wanted!!! The girls there are all very sweet! They offer me a water while I wait! In most industries, people do get behind esp when it takes time to process hair color! But they are pretty good with staying on time! & there are plenty of girls that help the main stylists stay on time! I wouldn't go anywhere else! Ask for Brianna! Most unprofessional, cruddy salon Iâ€™ve ever been to. Made an appointment to color my hair and when i arrived they told me they didnâ€™t have time to do me and turned me away. Saying i couldnâ€™t come back next week or tomorrow morning. I will never return to this salon and make sure to spread the word about their unprofessional practices.

I had a 1 o'clock appointment with Briana today and not once did anyone come over to me ,not even Brianna to tell me that she sorry that she's running late , she even stood in front of me as she was grooming her customers hair and taking pictures, she knew I was sitting there! ...not once even acknowledging that I was sitting there waiting for over a half hour. I've been a customer since March and that's just not the way you treat your customers . I totally understand if she's running late but at least acknowledge me because I'm sure as hell going to be acknowledged when it's time to pay and time to tip! Horrible Service!I She contacted me today to apologize and I'm just curious to know as to why she didn't call me right after I walked out.... why would you call me 24 hours later? You didn't think to call me right after I walked out the door to find out what happened and if you supposedly were never told that I was sitting there waiting why weren't you the least bit curious as to why I walked out??? Something just doesn't sound right I'm sorry but if you were a patient of mine I would've ran out the door to find out why you were leaving and what I could do to make it better.... you should learn how to treat people...you treat them exactly the way you would like to be treated!!

I absolutely love this place! As soon as you walk in you are home! This is my second visit with Sam and gosh I have to say I have never been so in love with my hair and the out come. I sat down immediately and told Sam what I was looking for: she worked her magic and I was extremely pleased. You get what you pay for. Two years ago I went to a salon with a Groupon and this lady botched my hair and I was petrified that would happen again, but what did I expect with a $40 dollars Groupon. if you plan correctly financially and you care about your hair this is the place to go! It's not cheap but it's worth it. I love the customer service I received: from the welcoming ladies in the front, to Sams assistant, to the wonderful girl who treated my hair in the sink! Most of all my stylist Sam that I trust in completely. Word of Advise, if you want to look and feel Fabulous call and make an appointment ASAP!
