I recently had an appointment for a cut w/ a glaze. In the past i have paid $25 for the glaze. Since I already have color this glaze is just to refresh the color. When it was time to pay I was being charger $30 more . I questioned the extra charge and was told that I was booked for for cut and single process color. I then explained this was an error, ( I only had budgeted for the $25 glaze), after asking my stylist what was done, the owner said the glaze was the same as having color done. I did NOT request that process. The owner simply acted as though this error was my fault, to top it off my bangs were cut too short! this would not have bothered me so much had I not just been ripped off! Needless to say I wont be returning,

I was initially very excited to get my haircut and highlighted at salon aura. When i was booking my hair appointment, i was called back the next day. After explaining that I had been to previous hair dressers that have done a subpar job on my hair I was reassured about what could be done with my hair. Everyone was nice and friendly. Fast forward to the next night I noticed horizontal stripes in the back of my head (which were not there prior to the appointment). I only saw this after the salon was closed and left a voicemail explaining that i was displeased with how my hair turned out. I expressed that I would like to have my hair fixed and asked for a return phone call. It has been several days later and no return phone call or attempts to rectify this has been made. I had to go to another salon in order to have my hair not appear to have the stripes and avoid embarrassment. I am very disappointed and will not be returning to this salon.

Love my girl Jill!!!!, have been going to her over ten years now and i get more and more compliments on my hair colorrrrrr,,, looks like highlights but is covering up all the gray,,,,,Owner Christina is the sweetest person ever. Entire staff is wonderful to all the clients. Keep up the good work!!! thanks Mary
