Destroyed my hair. Went from basically a straight razor shave to long hair. Half of me looks like "Credence" from Fantastic Beasts. Tired to get them to fix it once, only made it worse, I need to go somewhere else to get it fixed.

Ruined my hair badly enough that i had to start over. It's been three years and my hair is almost back to where it should be. Unhelpful staff, but hey, I got what I paid for.

Supercuts is consistently inexpensive, and the staff is always nice, but the quality of the haircut is variable--sometimes great, sometimes not so great. Fancy salons cost much more, but the quality is consistently top notch, too. Supercuts should charge a little more and use the money to even out the quality of the people they hire to cut hair.

I needed a haircut and on an impulse stopped in here. Very fast and friendly service. I didn't have to wait at all and I was very please with my hair cut! I had a coupon and only had to pay $11 for a haircut!
