Lance Lappin Poor Service

I am outraged at the poor management- incompetence and uncaring attitude of the salon owner and reception schedulers who also take payments. Several mishaps transpired without apology or any compensation from the owner . 1) The salon lost a check for my service & that of 6 others . They demanded that we bring in another check - with no apology for what happened 2) They repeatedly charged me incorrect amounts for services that had to be corrected 3) Today I learned they never booked an appointment for my color I made or canceled the one I asked them to cancel. I spent a long time with my stylist last week at the reception scheduling desk arranging this and waited to speak to the stylist quite a while to make arrangements. The owner never called to apologize and did nor offer to compensate me with a reduced price for future service etc . I was told they could book me the following day - the day I have plans for my birthday .

Lance Lappin Salon is an amazing place. I went here for my first perm and Amy the owner and Ken the stylist treatd me like a queen. I couldn't be happier with the results - plus Ken is clearly such an expert at his craft. This is will be my permanent salon in NY. Shout out to them all!!

Angela is a gem! My first haircut here and I had a wonderful experience! It can be pricey but worth it! They take their time and treat you as family. Wonderful people and a wonderful establishment.

They care about hair here. This salon offers training to their stylists and offer a full range of services. They are also super nice, seem like one big family, and seem to love what they do...that's the type of salon you want to go to.

This salon is by far the BEST out there! The Owner is AMAZING!!! I have met alot of salon owners but this salon blows them out of the water! No way you can go wrong with this team! Beautiful hearts create the most stunning looks! If you want to be stopped on the street & turn heads this salon is a must! Thank you all for being so awesome!

I got the whole deal for my wedding - color, cut, hair style and makeup. Everyone was great and were genuinely excited to help me to prepare. They let me change there, have flowers delivered there and even let me stow my overnight bag. The result was beyond my expectations. I highly recommend this salon.
