It seems as if they don’t want new clients. I scheduled and confirmed my first appointment only for her to turn me away once I got there because apparently she needed to go somewhere. We reschedule for the next day, which I in turn had to reschedule for the following week because I got backed up at work. Fast forward to the next week, I show up at the agreed upon time for her to tell me that she was busy so she couldn’t do my hair. What’s the point of an appointment if it’s not guaranteed that I’ll be seen? Definitely not going back now, I’ll stick to the braiders in Brooklyn who don’t give me the runaround.

I love this place! It’s the best braiding salon in the area! I have been coming here for the past 5 years and I’ve never had not one bad experience. The ladies are very nice and are willing to work with your price range. I always get compliments on the styles done. The shop is always cleaned and it’s very welcoming.

Been going to this shop for over a year and I Love Love Looovveee them🙂 No matter what crazy styles I come up with they always make it happen! Great environment and energy in the shop
