I read the negative review below and felt the need to set the record straight.I have been and still do get my hair cut at Collage for over 15 years. The staff and stylists are professional and welcoming and as regular customer, more like friends. I have never waited more than 3-5 minutes. Most often I don't wait at all. As far as the hair stylists all are creative and honest and try to incorporate your wishes to color or cut your hair into a style you walk out feeling great about. After all of my years of getting my hair cut at Collage, I am constantly getting compliments, more that once a week. I have recommended Collage to many people, none have been anything but happy with the experience. My suggestion to the unhappy customer is. Enter with an optimistic attitude, be honest about your expectations but. most of all, listen to the stylist, they are trained professionals and if they make a suggestion, listen, they know what they are talking about Insults? never!

Awesome salon! I went there for the first time to get my hair done and not only was the staff very nice, but the salon is extremely clean and very relaxing. It was quiet enough that I was able to relax in this place, which is rare for salons around here. I despise going in to get my hair done and listening to loud music or blabbing hairstylists and customers. This place was much more calming and for this reason, I loved it. The girl did an amazing color on me and the cut was the best I've gotten in a long time. I liked the fact that we can go upstairs to a private room to get color, instead of sitting downstairs where people are walking in- It felt much more private & comfortable. I definitely liked this place and will absolutely go back. To the person who said they ruined your hair (below) the staff must be different now, because no one in there acted even slightly out of line, or rude. Are you talking about the same place?? Weird!

Do not go here! They are rude and not helpful at all. First of all they changed my appointment 3 times.Plus as I was sitting in the chair one stylist laughed and said to the one working on my hair " that looks awful". It wasn't until after I left I realized how badly she ruined my hair . I had to go to another salon for a corrective color the next day. Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere.
