I went to get an eyebrow wax. I was told to come at 1:30 and waited more than 15 minutes to get taken. I don't know the lady's name who did my brows because she never introduced herself. She got wax in my hair, and didn't even tell me, but told her coworker over my head she had done it. I felt like a piece of furniture. She tried to get the wax out of my hair but didn't, and ripped a bunch of my hair OUT in the process. I've been noticing all the breakage on the area she spent ten minutes tugging the wax out. And there's still wax on my face and in my hair. On top of that my brows are uneven and still unkempt. Would not recommend. I regret paying.

Tough experience. Pulled my hair a lot and made little to no conversation. Was expensive for a 30 minute appointment. Didn't get what I wanted.

Can't say enough - Sharper Image has the best colorist, stylist -- I'm working on long hair, allowing it to transition from sun-bleached to true dark-blonde grey - and it looks TERRIFIC.
