Had to wait 30 minutes in line due to it being understaffed, but the people there were nice and helpful!

If I could give this place a negative star I would. My rating is due to the unprofessional person who works the Benefitt counter doing eyebrows. I arrived 30 minutes early with my daughter and "Mercedes" was on break. The other technician must have left and it looks like the business is going with, it as I was the first to register for a treatment that day . I asked if i could sign the permission document for my daughter so that I could leave and pick up my son. A gentleman asked "Mercedes" who was on break. She said no because she had to be present for the signing. I thought this was odd because I had done this before. While he was in the back another associate asked if she could help me and proceeded to let me sign. When he returned, I learned she wanted to be present to witness my signature. So I stayed around and waited. At 5:03 she appeared and started setting up. I said I have a 5:00 appointment. Clearly annoyed she said, I have to set up. The associate who let me sign said, I already let her sign. She turned to the associate and chastised her for letting me sign and said that I was supposed to sign in front of her. I interrupted and said that is why I waited around so that i could sign in front of you. She snottily replied, well you didn't have to do that since you already signed and rolled her eyes. I could not believe it. I said well thanks for wasting my time and told her that I was not going to put up with her attitude nor let her touch my daughter. If the point was that she needed to witness my signature and i stayed so that she could do that her rolling her eyes and telling me i would not have to sign again makes no sense. I have always been a loyal ULTA customer and amassed many loyalty points. I have only had excellent service from the prior esteticians and always tipped them well. This woman showed horrible customer service and clearly did not want to be there. She has a horrific attitude. I will now be using another company for my cosmetic needs.

The store is greatly stocked, and on top of their deals, but the people who work there are a little snobby and not to knowledgeable about what they carry. This is based on multiple visits. I never really feel welcomed at this particular store. Iâ€™ve been to the one in Wilton and felt like I belonged there.
