This is my hair over 8 hours in salon, $225 +$43 tip. Before and after pics of the first time for my first 4 hour session and then second time after my second 4 our session. I also went in originally for a consultation prior and we discussed no warm tones and nothing that took multiple processes. I was saving that for spring time to go back blonde, we settled on this rose gold picture.Needless to say it did not turn out that way, nor was it close like stated in the text message with her. I was told to come back in the following week for a purple toner and was given the price of $200 when finished ,when I was originally quoted $175 , but she said my hair took up a lot of dye and that the toner next week would be an additional $25. I knew a purple toner was not going to fix the orange and red, so I went to 2 other salons to ask for advice. When they had looked at my hair they said that she should've never put the black with a hint of violet underneath, that I had way too many colors going on for a byalage & my hair was already dark enough. I also posted on social media about my experience and asked for advice from others on a military wife page; Before going back to put the purple toner on for my second appointment,as she knew I was unhappy about the orange brassy tones. She then called me and told me I hurt her feelings about my advise post and how dare I rip apart her work on social media. I know,I never mentioned her name or her business. The second time I went in the kept apt to get rid of all the orange out of my hair for her to fix it , she said be prepared for 2 hours in salon, as she was going to bleach me again. I did not want this as I know my hair could not handle a bleach again. I told her I wanted to avoid bleach, she dyed it with the instruction of another person/stylest and it turned a nasty brown, like I was worried about and asked her about prior if that would happen when she said putt a lot of V /RV. I did not want burgundy hair I told her. She was like No your hair is not that red; just do RViolet it will be fine to my stylest. Like I said it came out a nasty brown, she then asked another hairstylist and showed them what had happened, she then threw a purple Demi permanent 3dye on and put me under a hairdryer. I scheduled for a bang trim in 2 weeks, she told me I would need a Nother purple Demi permanent on top, When I come back to get my bangs done, said that it will wash out fast. Needless to say I canceled. I don't have more money to put towards another purple Demi permanent. I left and we had a discussion and she had told me my expectations for an end result were too high. I will not be going back. I was told I need to get a refund by many that my hair is not even close to what I had asked for and she said she could deliver on and failed to do so. I never bothered to go back to get a refund, because I was threatened with a lawsuit for slander. When I originally had the first consultation with her Juli (owner of salon) she said she did not have time to mess up my hair, she chose this color for me out of many I wanted that Was the easiest for her to do. I warned her prior about my previously bad experience with stylists messing up colors and that my hair pulls very warm. She told me this next time she dyed it, it should come according to the picture she picked out. Mind you we chose this color together because it was not to be a multiple processing apt. I don't give people a next time when they can't honestly admit their mistakes. Even after the second session on going back to try to fix it you have to hurry and throw a purple Demi permanent on top, tell me to come back a third time and the third time it should be done right or closer to what I want is not acceptable,¬ what I paid for. And I don't have more money for a third session. The reason why we settled on the color in the first place. I waited 16 months to color almost virgin hair and stuck with this nasty.I'm giving review now as Juli blocked me from her review Fb page and has told other salons not to except me as a paying client.
