Salon refused to see my wife because of drama at another salon. It's nice to know that when a salon in Watertown totally messes up a person's hair, threatens to sue you when you state it wasn't what you wanted and that whole issue costs us $300. They apparently contact other salons and tell their side of the story. What's more impressive is that this salon thinks so little of their talents and abilities it actually listens. The salon that ruined my wife's hair was Mint Juliep, don't go there either. Want proof, we have the bill and pictures. This has been a super professional experience. I think we will do as recommended by the Ritz, go to Aveda or Syracuse.
