SUPER RUDE staff. One of the worst Ulta locations I have ever been to, in terms of staff friendliness. My son injured his teeth on a lollipop while we were in the store and naturally he cried and was very upset. Then this overweight, middle to older aged, Caucasian woman asks me if I need water or something in a consending tone, when my son was crying about his tooth. I declined politely and explained what had happened and she said okay. Well the entire time I was in the store she was giving me and my son really dirty looks. She kept getting close but wouldn’t say anything, just had this annoyed expression o her face. I understand that my child may be annoying you, but getting mad at me will NOT fix it. I felt so uncomfortable and stalked the entire time. So I had given my son a clean tester brush to play with from the makeup brush section so he would stop crying and I’d stop getting death glares. Well she seemed to be annoyed by this too!! But instead of confronting me, she instead would give my son and I dirty looks when he was holding it. For reference, my son is just over a year old and wasn’t putting it his mouth or anything. I know this wasn’t my imagination either because my mom who was there noticed too. Towards the end I witnessed this lady talking to one of the cashiers and was looking at us as well. Later at checkout the cashier was very indifferent and cold to us. It was a pretty uncomfortable experience, so I chose not to buy anything even though my mom did. I’m not going to support a carol business like this Ulta. No thanks! I’ll be going to the Henrietta location instead. Hopefully I can find this woman’s name and report her to corporate, so the child hating witch doesn’t make other moms feel uncomfortable as well.
