I love the online check in online through the app. I also like the database that keeps track of how I get my hair cut. The staff has always done a great job

Very nice place for a budget haircut. I used to pay minimum $30 for a haircut in salons, and I was really great to discover this place, where I can get the same haircut for half the price. The staff is usually very friendly, and the wait time is short.

The girls there are always in a good mood and extremely polite. I've never had any complaints about any of my hair cuts there and on most occasions I'd say I've usually gotten great hair cuts there. One of these days I'll actually get to have my hair cut by Tiffany, but not yet, lol.

I have never written a Google review until now. Loretta gave my daughter a HORRIBLE haircut yesterday. She was in tears by the time we got to the car. I took her back to the store to see if anyone could salvage her haircut and Mary was kind enough to try and fix it. She did her best, but there wasn't much she could do to make it look better. While Mary made every attempt to make my daughter feel better, Loretta ignored us. I was never offered a refund on the haircut. I got my hair cut that same morning from Kristy and she did an excellent job; however, I will not return to that location again.
