Terrible experience. Showed the hair dresser exactly what I wanted and what I walked out with was a completely butchered haircut. She tried to comfort me by telling me she bought it looked good, but it looked nothing like the picture I showed her. I think from the beginning she was uneasy about the cut and she should have said so before starting to cut. Never had such a terrible experience with a hair dresser before. Seems like a place you can only for simple haircuts that one can do at home.

All of the stylists at Baldi's are wonderful. They are so great and patient with my 7 year old. Laura recently gave me a new look and I absolutely love it! She found a style that was just right for me and I've gotten so many compliments!
