I wish their was an option for zero stars. I sent a picture of my hair now along with what I wanted it to be and was told it was no problem and could be done easily. When I got to the "salon," I had to wait a while, which was no problem because I thought it would be worth it. I was wrong. I asked for all over color and when she started foiling, I thought maybe she had a different method, so I didn't say anything. She then tones my hair after letting it process and rinsing. She dried and trimmed (not well) and in my hurry (I had been there almost 3 hours and my hair is shoulder length) I paid and left, thinking it looked ok. When I got home and I'm front of the mirror, it was blue. I asked for platinum ash blonde. I couldn't believe how awful it looked. When I reached out to Cindy, I was told (after two texts) how I could fix the color myself, which included a $40 trip to Sally Beauty doing something I don't know how to do myself. When I spoke to her about a refund, she ignored me. I had to fix my own hair and after paying her $90 and spending an additional $40 to fix it, I was extremely disappointed. Not to mention, I still don't have the color I wanted, though it's an improvement over blue. Please save your money and head to a salon that does more than perms for the elderly and basic color from the box. Cindy is extremely nice but I don't think she is qualified to do anything beyond basic hair styles, cuts and color.
