Walked in, waited in line. Got my hair faded and got exactly what I wanted. These guys got it going on. Good guys to talk to.

I have been to this salon several times, and had a few minor incidents. Once my hair was cut lopsided, and I thought it was my imagination - the first thing my mother said when she saw me was that my hair was lopsided. She had to fix it, and she's not even a hairstylist. I still went back, thinking that was no major issue. Then, however, I went for a color service - the stylist was obviously underqualified, and she even kept asking another stylist for advice when it was obvious that my hair had not come out light enough. I explained to the girl that I was not happy with the color, and she said that she could do a soap cap, but that it would be reddish orange. I told her that I had started with darker hair in the past and that it was more damaged to start with, and that the stylist was able to achieve what i wanted. She admitted that she didn't know what they did and began getting an attitude, and I was still forced to pay - they called security on me. If I could give this place negative stars, I would. The service is the most appalling that I have ever experienced, and they don't even care about their customers' satisfaction.
