Brought in my daughter for a girl's day. Listen to both stylists complain the entire time about how short handed they are because their manager left early and was a terrible manager. My hair was not as I showed her in the picture and my daughter's hair is no where even close to what she ask for. She cried for several hours because it is so short. She showed her the style she wanted. Worse experience ever. I have tried to call manager but got no response.

I was so distraught when I saw myself in the mirror and saw how my hair was ruined. I show the girl a picture and told her what I wanted. The fist thing she did was turn me around so I was not facing the mirror and could not see what she was doing and then butchered my hair terribly It’s so short that in some places it is not an inch long.it is so uneven, absolutely terrible. I’m wearing a beanie ever since I went there two days ago so I don’t have to look at what is left of my hair. I wonder who told this person she could cut hair. I’m never ever go to that place again.

"Great" quick easy and reliable service. My questions were answered politely, and my new cut 💇 came out better than expected. I never thought I'd like the look of my curly hair short (I was wrong). Conveniently next to Earth Fare, it's easy to maintain a style with maintenance trims. Update: Amber is GREAT! Not everyone can cut curly hair. Thank you!!! 💓

Absolutely awful. I checked in with "17 min" waiting, it took me an hour untill I was sitting down for my haircut. The service was awful, and the stylists were complaining the whole time about management and work related issues. My haircut ended up being messed up on one side(my girlfriend was the one who told me this, as we were going on a date that night). Then after I got done, I told them that I was a student at Clemson, they told me, "We don't have a student discount" but I used it not too long ago at this same location. I told her this, to which she said, "We got rid of this special a long time ago." This is not my only bad experience with this great clips. The one that I have gone to at Clemson is awesome. This one... Not so much. Do not go get your haircut here you will only be disappointed.

Been going here for years. They tend to change staff a bit but only had one cut I was not really happy with justdidnt use that stylist again. Online check in is so easy.
