I found Hair Refinery and Carmen last summer and love getting my hair cut here! The salon is so welcoming, comfortable and cute with their shabby-chic theme. Carmen is an amazing stylist, she's the only person I've found that can wash, cut and style my thick shoulder length hair in less than an hour. She constantly checks in with me during my cut to make sure that I'm happy with her work. This is one of the best salons in Burlington!

Jordan went above and beyond (staying well past closing time) to ensure I received the color that I wanted. I have never been so happy with my color and I will definitely be going back. The salon is super cute and prices were very reasonable too.

Hannah Ramey, the very gifted esthetician, gave me a facial but it was a lot more than a facial. It was a whole face massage and included well-needed massage of neck and shoulders, arms and hands. Her technique is positively transporting. It was an hour long but I felt like I left this earth—wish I had gotten 90 minutes. It seemed like there were about 6 different steps to the facial including a luscious fruit peel. I felt so renewed and my skin looked and felt remarkably better—I hardly recognized it. Hannah is world class, she uses the finest organic & all natural products and her hands are unreal, they are so marvelously skilled!

Jordan Ott is incredible! I always go in with a vague idea and just leave it in her hands because I trust her completely. Everyone in the salon is so sweet and welcoming and the atmosphere is great.

Took my daughter to have Keratin Straightening &( bleached ) Color . She has extremely curly hair that was down to her waist ... Unfortunately I had no idea this was not supposed to be done all in one day . Burned her hair up after paying $200 and had to have her hair cut to her collar . Hope that hairdresser never does this to another teenager .
