My appointment was at 12 but I came in at 11. My natural hair was washed and blown dry very roughly. I was sitting in the chair for a hour and nobody did my hair. Three different people took turns doing my braids so they were different sizes. I left the shop at almost 8 that night. Two days later my braids at the back as started coming out.. by another week two rows came out. I took them out after a month.. I paid 200 bucks and will never go there again. Save your money go somewhere that treat's you better

Givens was great at performing on my short hair. I gave it a 3 because they would move around to different people who came in after you. I thought that was insulting.

Get crochet done by Miriam.. she did amazing work. Braids not to tight, didn't tear out my edges. Bless her hands.. left super happy and not in pain. She was very nice helpful and got me out in time as promised. You won't be disappointed.

It's convenient but if your looking for haircare and customer service this isn't the place..My advice, detangle and blow out your hair prior to arrival or they will rip through it if you let them. Also be vocal and make sure they know what you want. Or they will give you what is easiest and quickest..
