When I walked in I asked if they could cut my hair. One of the stylists said "No we sell pizza." Right then I should have walked out. I asked the stylist who cut my hair to just cut a little off the top and she cut over an inch. Quite honestly I got the worst hair cut in my life here. Almost to the point of being funny. They would probably be a better business if they did in fact sell pizza.

Thanks to Robin and Emily for allowing me to reconnect to the world. I ran out of data having taken a trip from Wyoming to visit a friend in Burlington. They let me use their network to connect to my friend at Super Cuts , blessings to you!

What a hot mess this place turned out to be. My hair has never looked so bad. And when I attempted to contact the salon, the Store Manager (Robin) refused to contact me. When I made additional contacts and she finally left me a message, she was rude and stated that it (the day she called) would be the last day that she would offer a refund since it was past seven days. It wouldn't have been past seven days if Robin had returned calls in a timely manner! This is a franchise location, so the stylists apparently have no direction whatsoever, nor are there repercussions for terrible customer service. Save your money. A two year old could give you a better haircut with crayola scissors.
