It was my first appointment here and I went to Shasta on the recommendation of a new coworker whose hair I'd complimented. She wasn't wrong! Shasta gave me exactly what I wanted and educated me a bit about product and growth. I'm thrilled with my full head highlights and loving the blow out style she did for me. I highly recommend Shasta as a color expert and had a fun and satisfying experience at the salon in general. Prices were less than expected and they carry LOMA hair care products which I fell in love with. Cute jewelry for sale, too!

Shasta and the Shear Shack are the best! Shasta saved me last December when I came in hours before a flight to Australia (to see my in-laws for Christmas) after having my hair horribly cut by another salon. I was a frantic walk-in desperate for a solution and Shasta was the cool, calm heroine I needed. She not only gave me the cutest bob cut which was PERFECT for summertime in Australia, but offered amazing advice regarding the situation with the other salon which ultimately resulted in them giving me my money back. Shasta went above and beyond for me, and I'm literally about to go book another appointment with her.

Lady was nice and all, but with all do respect do not post you accept walk-ins when you don't have someone there for walk-in customers. I sat in the parking lot for 1 hour because the store opens at 8:30 am and that worked for me since I have stuff to do later, and when I walk in 3 other people come in as well and everyone else gets taken in first cause they are appointments, that's fine and I respect that, but don't say walk-ins welcomed when they walk-in and have to make an appointment. First time being there and my thought is clean, nice place, friendly people. Just poor planning and operation. May give it another shot (make an appointment) when I need another cut.

I love going to the shear shack! I always walk away feeling like a hair model! They are professional, fun, knowledgeable and truely care about you. It’s an all around great experience. Ask for Christina, she’s my girl!
