So she canceled an appointment an hour after and never came to the shop. When I mentioned it, instead of taking responsibility and apologizing she sent me a nasty text message as if it were my fault as if I was the sheisty person, when all she had to do was apologize and reschedule, then it became about her health. I can't stand when businesses are unprofessional but then make excuses and get mad when you hold them accountable. At the end of the day, I'll spend my money where people are reliable and not frauds and the positive energy is real! Her energy is like her edges...nonexistent!

Most unprofessional lady I've ever seen, when a appointment is scheduled at a certain time no matter what she always is late, she thinks that people is on her time when an agreed time is set you stick to that commitment. You get your hair done by her one time she treats you like she don't even know you the second time. I scheduled an appointment and she said she would be late so I took the time to get a tire change and told her that I would be like 5 mins late the lady never showed up. PLEASE DONT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE GO TO SOMEONE THAT WANTS TO INVEST THIER TIME IN YOU!!!

Coco Natural Hair Salon is beyond great. The owner is extremely professional and she has knowledge of natural hair. She is the best loctian in North Carolina. The salon follow the rules and regulation for COVID-19. I would recommend the salon to everyone.
