The stylist didn't speak English well enough to understand what I wanted. Then when I tried to explain she got an attitude. We've been going there since they opened but this was the last time. Also their turnover rate seems abnormally high.

Showed one of the lady's a picture of what I wanted. Was supposed to be a long tapered bob. When I got home I noticed half was thicker than the other, some strands of hair longer than it should be, instead of it being tapered from short to long it is a straight cut in the back and long pieces in the front! Nothing compared to what I asked for! Should have known the first time I got my haircut there and it being jacked but thought I'd give it another try but it was still a fail. I'll never be going back to this salon. Very disappointed with my haircut! Shouldn't have to find another person to fix what was just cut!

I asked for a 1/4 of an inch trim. I got home and I look like I got a 3 inch CUT. Will not be returning to that particular hairdresser. Before the "trim" my hair was halfway to my waist, now it doesn't go farther than my bra-strap!! When a customer asks for something specific, you don't get scissor happy and do what YOU feel is best. I am perfectly aware that I need more than a 1/4 inch trim, but I didn't want it all gone at once!

I'd love to not spend an hour an a half getting a low fade and trim on top but instead I'd love to sit in a chair while a horrible person slowly messes up basically one of the most simple hair cuts in the world until someone else who works there just has to give me a whole new hair cut.
