Looking over these reviews trying to find a near by salon for myself and 2 children I couldn't help but chime in as I am a business owner myself. Seeing the aggression from the owner because of a negative review automatically shows unprofessionalism to me. You cannot get mad young lady because a client feels how they feel. You will deal with positive reviews and negative reviews in the business field. You have to learn how to take them both and if it's negative learn your mistakes and correct them. The young lady stated that her apt was pushed back twice. Never once did she say the stylist wasn't good. That raises red flags right there. You think just because your stylists are good that makes them professional? It seems very unprofessional to push an apt back not only once but twice. If it was a client that canceled on you 30 mins before the apt you would charge full price correct? So show your clients the same respect. They should be charging you a late fee or a cancel fee as there time is just important as yours!
