Mirage salon should be avoided

an hour agoNEW This was the worst hair coloring I've ever had. I only was showed the back of my hair while in the seat and I paid and went outside. When I looked in the rear view I immediately noticed my widows peak was not dyed and lots of other areas in my part were not as well. I went back in and spoke with the owner. I showed her the areas and she said she could fix it or give me half of my money back. I asked for her to fix it. She said do you have time now? I said no. I had already been there for 2 hours. She said she could do anytime tomorrow just call her. I called her later that day to set up an appointment and left a voice message. She never returned my call and today when I called and asked for her Tasha hung up on me. I have no idea what this salon is doing but I would be warned they are unprofessional and do a horrible job. They always take great care of me here. I love that it is an openly christian business and the atmosphere is really relaxed and peaceful to me. The girls are all very talented and professional. I usually see different people because so far all of them have been great. Parking has never been an issue for me and it's a very easy to locate place. It's right off the road. I love looking through their boutique and they usually have some kind of sales going on. The boutique is a great place to find nice gifts for people. I usually get a cut and a karatine treatment and both services have been perfect.

Love this salon, after moving to Harrisburg my family tried 4 different salons before finding Mirage. Everyone is wonderful, great attitudes and great haircuts/color/style!! Prom can be stressful but they did a fantastic efficient job with our daughters hair and makeup!

Love going to Mirage Salon. Stylists are always friendly & professional and care about giving you the style you desire! Wonderful, relaxed atmosphere.
