Quick service, friendly staff, great location, and clean facility but a little more pricey than local competitors. Also, they run a loyalty program. Great experience!

They do great work, I just don't understand how the exact same service I received 2 weeks prior is 20.00 more 2 weeks later.

Worst experience EVER! Don't go there. If you're black they'll charge you more than the hispanics. Worst customer service I've ever received. Don't beg these rude women to take your money. They should invest in a class or two.

Went with my 8 year old daughter. She got a wash&blow out by one lady and I was happy with it.I wanted my ends trimmed and a blowout.I was not happy with the amount of whatever product she put in after the blowout.I normally don't put any because I don't need it but the following day I actually say and looked at my ends&she didn't trim them at all.I'm not sure what she actually cut because I didn't see much of any hair on the floor and i still had so many split ends!She kept stopping to change the song too like ok focus on my hair like you do the music please!The first time I came here alone and the girl who did my hair gave me a perfect v cut&beautiful blow out.Unsure of what her name was.The young one with short black hair did mine the second time and it was horrible!

The customer service sucks. Went in for a perm and this lady burned my scalp. She was acting offended when I told her itâ€™s burning to wash it off. She was talking loud to everyone around her in their own Language and not applying the perm fast enough. They charged me 95$ for a perm and blow out. I will never go there again. Worst experience ever, I never paid that much money for a perm before.
