I heard people singing praises to this place and to Mary so I scheduled and was optimistic about it and willing to pay 35$ for a haircut to get a good one and to have a good experience. I scheduled with Mary and she was nice until I asked her to make the layers more smooth. I was being pretty picky considering this was my second time trying to get a chopped up job fixed. She was visibly displeased that I was critiquing the cut and asking her to make improvements. She even rolled her eyes at other employees in front of me. I was extremely disappointed with her attitude and that I had to fight to get what I wanted when I was paying that much. In the end, I liked what she did with my hair (hence the 2 stars) but I had to fight for it. I will not be going back unless they offer me a free cut with someone else.

I went to Redcast Salon today for the first time, and I'm so glad I found Mary! She gave me a brand new cut and some beautiful highlights. I LOVE how my hair came out! I was really able to relax and enjoy some me-time at the salon. Mary was professional and very easy to talk with during my appointment. I especially loved that she took her time. I felt like she was completely focused on my hair and not juggling other clients. The cherry on top -- she offers Saturday appointments!

Mary did my hair and it was absolutely amazing!!!! She teaches you how to do you hair so you can replicate the look. She take the time to tell you about different product to keep your hair healthy. I wouldn't go to anyone else but her!!!!!

I've been coming to Mary for a while and she is amazing. I have been to numerous salons and have been disappointed every time until I met Mary. I get what I ask for every time and she always knows what I want if I don't. I wouldn't go to anyone else, Mary is all your hair needs.
