1st time visit. Early Friday afternoon. Walked in, gave basic information (name/phone), was greeted immediately and seated for haircut and beard trim. Excellent service and cut/trim. I wish I remembered the woman’s name so I could post here. Bought some beard balm product and was all finished in about 15 minutes. No sales push for a shampoo, product, or massage. My new go to place.

America was good. Wait time was good. The hairdresser was singing the majority of the time she was cutting my hair.

Haircuts are fine, but don’t come here if you’re in a hurry. It is pointless to check in online. Customers are taken out of order and you’ll spend time waiting regardless of how early you check in.
