Friendly, pleasant conversation. It is very convenient to be able to sign in online so there's really minimal weight if any wants one arrives. I've always been pleased with the service and the haircut I get. Charges are very reasonable.

High turnover has lead to great clips hiring anyone with a certificate to cut hair. Unable to retain good hair stylists, the store keeps a now hiring sign continually displayed. There are a couple good hair stylists who have been at great clips for years, but be weary of the ever changing new faces. Getting a haircut shouldn't be a gamble in quality. If you decide to go there, ask for a stylist who has been employed at great clips for at least a year. Otherwise you are getting a fresh face still learning to cut hair straight out of stylist school or a stylist who isn't competent to work at higher end salons.

Megan is an awesome hair stylist! I'm reading complaints about stylist taking breaks, good grief, they work and deserve breaks people! People expecting their hair to look like some picture they've brought. This isn't your hair, that's not even realistic! Your hair is gonna be different because your hair is different! Don't blame the workers because everyone shows up for a haircut and they only have two stylist, that is not the workers fault. They work hard and deserve more credit! Maybe someone needs to go judge you at your place of employment folks.

So bad. They took me in very quickly for a walk in but that's the only positive I have to say. All I wanted was the dead ends trimmed off then a layered cut. Stylist cut the sides in layers but didn't even touch the back. She seemed upset when I asked about the back and simply trimmed the ends more, again no layers. She wasn't very welcoming and wouldn't even recommend a product for controlling my frizzy hair when I asked. Didn't completely dry my hair when I left and when it did dry the sides were two different lengths! Overall garbage experience. Went to walmart and got a better cut AND something for my frizz. Don't waste your time here.

I have been returning to great clips for several years now. Quickly signing on online means the wait is never longer than 10 to 15 minutes. And the wait is always well worth it. Great clips does a wonderful job at taking simple notes on your haircut. So every visit, even if you don't have the same stylist. They have a good idea of what you got last time. What clipper sized were used. Ect.
